Terms of Service

Last updated: 4 October 2026

These terms apply when you use the SiteCaddy mobile app, the web app at app.sitecaddy.app, and the website at sitecaddy.app (together, the "Service"). By signing in or using the Service you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use it.

Who we are

The Service is provided by SiteCaddy Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales (company number 17480353), registered office: 19 Donnington Close, Northampton, England, NN3 6FU. Contact: hello@sitecaddy.app.

What SiteCaddy is for

SiteCaddy is a business tool for construction subcontractors and the people who work with them. It helps record and approve work, share site plans and documents, run inspections and quality checks, and prepare wage and progress reports. It is for business use by people aged 18 or over.

Your account

Companies and administrators

If you set up or administer a company on SiteCaddy, you are responsible for: who you invite and what access and roles you give them; the accuracy of the information, rates, plans and documents you add; and having the right to record and use your workers' information in the Service (including telling them how it is used). Please read our Privacy Policy.

Acceptable use

You agree not to: use the Service unlawfully or to record false information; try to access another company's data or any part of the Service you are not allowed to use; interfere with or overload the Service, or try to break its security; copy, resell or reverse-engineer the Service except where the law allows; or upload anything that is unlawful, harmful or that you do not have the right to share.

Your content

You and your company keep ownership of what you put into SiteCaddy (such as photos, documents, plans, records and signatures). You give SiteCaddy Ltd permission to store, process and display that content only as needed to provide and improve the Service for you, including sending the reports and emails your company chooses to send.

Important: SiteCaddy supports your records, it does not replace your duties

Availability and changes

We work to keep the Service available and secure, but we cannot promise it will always be uninterrupted or error-free. We may change, improve or remove features, and we may carry out maintenance. Parts of the Service may be offered as a trial or early-access version.

Fees

If a paid subscription applies to your company, the price and billing terms will be shown to you before you are charged, and billing is handled on the web, not inside the mobile app. Nothing is charged without your company's agreement.

Third-party services

The Service relies on providers for hosting, storage, email, notifications and AI processing, listed in our Privacy Policy. We are not responsible for failures of services outside our reasonable control.

Suspension and ending your use

You can stop using the Service at any time, and your company can deactivate users. We may suspend or end access if these terms are broken, if needed to protect the Service or other users, or if the law requires. See our Privacy Policy for how to request deletion of your account and data.

Our responsibility to you

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for any rights you have as a consumer. Subject to that, SiteCaddy Ltd is not liable for losses that were not a reasonably foreseeable result of our breach, for loss of profit, revenue or business, or for losses caused by information entered incorrectly into the Service. Our total liability to a company for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the fees that company paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top shows when they were last changed. If a change is significant we will tell you in the app or by email. Continuing to use the Service after a change means you accept the updated terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction, except that consumers living elsewhere in the UK keep any rights they have to bring a claim in their local courts.
